Coach the next generation leaders

Since 2007, Sigma Chi Alumni Associations have partnered in mentorship programs with undergraduate chapters which have significantly accelerated the growth of these young leaders as they prepare for life after university.

It’s a critical time in their lives that needs experienced mentors to help guide them through the process. There is no better feeling than giving back to Sigma Chi and it continues to be one of the year's most fulfilling activities.

Tom Conners & Greg Wolfe
Alumni Mentorship Chairmen

Greg Wolfe:

Graduated from ASU in 1979, and was taught everything about life in the Epsilon Upsilon chapter house.   My majors were psychology and biology, and that led me to a vast array of professions, with the most valuable of them all …. Moving to Sun Valley Idaho to ski for 3 ½ years, right after college! Having an innate entrepreneurial spirit, I left my initial corporate jobs in sales/marketing, and then large volume restaurant management, to open and operate my own restaurants for 19 years.  After that long successful run, I worked for a specialty food service company, and then left after 10+ years to again be my own boss in real estate. I have basically retired after 17 years in real estate, staying in the top 10% of agents year after year, for residential sales. Now my wife and I take long camp trips, travel frequently, and visit our 3 children and 2 grandchildren, as often as we can. I love developing this mentorship program with my 2 cohorts in crime, because I AM A SIGMA CHI !!!

In hoc,

Greg “wooffy” Wolfe

Tom Conners:

Recently retired after twenty-nine years in the residential and commercial audio video integration business. He graduated from Arizona State University with a BS degree in Marketing, and minors in International Business and Latin American Studies. Tom joined the Sigma Chi Fraternity in the fall of 1973. Upon graduation he entered the commercial construction industry, working for Otis Elevator Company prior to his work in AV. He is proud to say, “I am a Sigma Chi.”, and is currently co-chairman of the Sigma Chi Mentorship Program for the Arizona Province. He is in his forty-fourth year of marriage to Diane DeChicco Conners, his college sweetheart.
